Our location offers not only relaxation but also proximity to fantastic restaurants and public transportation for guests and plant workers. Whether you're looking for a short-term stay or a longer, Verret Park provides the perfect location to unwind and recharge after work.

Propane Refills for all our residents. No more hauling tanks on your day off. Guests can drop off tanks at our office and we will refill them.

Monthly
Our monthly rate starts at $625 plus tax
(Introductory Rate: $500 for the first month)

The monthly rate includes water, electricity and Wi-Fi only.
Storage units are available.

The monthly rate is for your immediate family only: 2 adults and children.
​
Pets are allowed with prior permission from the office.​
​
Only 1 additional adult (non-family) may stay with you long-term. He/She must register at the office and will result in an additional fee of $100/monthly. ​

30 AMP - One A/C Unit
AVERAGE RATE: $675
50 AMP - Two A/C Units
PREMIUM RATE: $725
50 AMP - Three A/C Units
CONCRETE PAD: $90
